特种车桥:
驱动桥一般由主减速器、差速器、车轮传动装置和驱动桥壳等组成。他的作用是将万向传动装置传来的动力折过90角,改变力的传递方向。并由主减速器降低转速,增大转矩后,经差速器分配给左右半轴和驱动轮。我公司有承载25吨、35吨等多种桥型。

Drive axle generally consists of main reducer, differential mechanism, wheel drive device and drive axle housing. Its effect is to fold the power transmitted by universal transmission device by 90°, change the direction of power transmission and reduce rational speed through main reducer. After the torque has been increased, the power is assigned to left and right half axle, as well as drive wheel via differential mechanism.
 
优点:
1.选择的主减速速比应能保证汽车具有最佳的动力性和燃料经济性。
Reduction ratio of select main reducer should be able to ensure the vehicle has the best power and fuel economy.

2.外形尺寸要小,保证有必要的间隙,主要是指牙包尺寸尽量小。
The dimension should be smaller and necessary clearance should be ensured. It mainly means that to the size of dental packet should be as small as possible.

3.齿轮及其他传动件工作平稳,噪声小。
Gears and other transmission parts can be stably operated with little noise.

4.在各种转速和载荷下具有高的传动效率。
There is high transmission efficiency under various rational speeds and loads.

 

5.在保证足够的强度、刚度条件下,应力求质量小,尤其是簧下质量应尽量小,以改善汽车平顺性。
Under the condition of ensuring sufficient strength and rigidity, less mass should be ensured, especially unsprung mass, in order to improve vehicle stability.

 

6.与悬架导向机构运动协调,对于转向驱动桥,还应与转向机构运动相协调。

Coordinate with movement of suspension guiding mechanism. For steering drive axle, it should coordinate with movement of steering mechanism.

 

7.结构简单,加工工艺性好,制造容易,拆装调整方便。
Simple structure, good processing property, easy to manufacture, convenience for assembly, disassembly and adjustment.

 

功能:
1.将万向传动装置传来的发动机转矩通过主减速器、差速器、半轴等传到驱动轮,实现降速增大转矩;

Engine torque is transmitted by the universal transmission device to the drive wheel through main reducer, differential mechanism and half axle to achieve deceleration and increase torque;

 

2.通过主减速器圆锥齿轮副改变转矩的传递方向;

Transmission direction of torque is changed through bevel gear of main reducer;

 

3.通过差速器实现两侧车轮差速作用,保证内外侧车轮以不同转速转向。

Differential action on the wheels on both sides is realized through differential mechanism to ensure that wheels on the inner and outer sides to steer at different speeds.
